Further to its Public Notice CRTC 1994-117 dated 15 September 1994, the Commission announces the following:
THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS AMENDED AND THE CHANGE IS UNDERLINED
Item 1
DÉGELIS, Quebec
Application (940472400) by RADIO DÉGELIS INC., P.O. Box 670, 654 - 6th Street, Dégelis, Quebec, G0L 1H0, for approval to use the frequency 95.5 MHz (channel 238B) for the proposed FM station at Dégelis, in order that the 0.5 mV/m contour exclude the municipality of Saint-Jacques, New Brunswick.
The Commission notes that the above-mentioned changes were part of the concerns raised in Decision CRTC 93-737 dated 9 December 1993.
