Telecom Order CRTC 94-883
IN THE MATTER OF filings by the Ontario Telephone Service Commission (OTSC) dated 7 June 1994 and 8 July 1994, respectively, on behalf of Northern Telephone Limited (Northern Telephone) and 28 other Ontario Independent Telephone Systems, as per the attached Table, pertaining to the OTSC Orders previously issued for these companies.
HAVING examined the submissions filed -
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The General Tariff of Northern Telephone and the General Tariffs of the 28 other Ontario Independent Telephone Systems listed in the attached Table, consisting of the Orders approved by the OTSC, as listed in the two attachments to the OTSC letters of 7 June and 8 July 1994, are hereby approved. The past charging of rates by Northern Telephone and the 28 other Ontario Independent Telephone Systems in question, otherwise than in accordance with a CRTC approved tariff is ratified pursuant to section 25(4)(b) of the Telecommunications Act.
