IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) dated 7 January 1994, filed on behalf of the federally-regulated members of Stentor Canadian Network Management, for approval of the Canada-United States Telecommunications Interconnection and Service Agreement between the members of Stentor and MCI International Inc. (MCI).

WHEREAS, by letter dated 4 February 1994, the Commission requested from Stentor further information with respect to the interim use of Cross Border 800 Service to originate and terminate calls within Canada which will be charged to MCI calling cards;
WHEREAS Stentor complied with the Commission's request on 28 February 1994; and
WHEREAS the Commission intends to issue a Public Notice on this issue -
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The Canada-United States Telecommunications Interconnection and Service Agreement between the members of Stentor and MCI is hereby given interim approval.
