Telecom Order CRTC 94-1413
IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) under Tariff Notice 74 dated 15 November 1994.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The proposed tariff revisions submitted by Stentor under Tariff Notice 74, are given interim approval. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order, and to issue, within seven days, tariff pages reflecting the appropriate effective date.
