Telecom Order CRTC 94-1103
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Bell Canada (Bell) under Tariff Notice 5289 dated 29 August 1994, for approval of a revision to the General Tariff Item 24.2(g) to remove the prohibition on the resale of sharing of local services to provide an interexchange service.
HAVING examined the submissions filed -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The proposed tariff revisions submitted by Bell under Tariff Notice 5289 are approved on an interim basis, effective 30 September 1994.
