The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 13 February 1995, at the Hyatt Regency, 655 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, to consider the following:

1. VANCOUVER, British Columbia
|
Pursuant to Section 12 of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission calls the BRITISH COLUMBIA HOUSING FOUNDATION to a public hearing to be held in the City of Vancouver starting on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1995 at 9:00 A.M., to inquire into, hear and determine whether a mandatory order should be issued requiring the British Columbia Housing Foundation to cease and desist operating a broadcasting undertaking, either alone or together with either or both BC TEL and Pacific Place Communications Limited, or others, at 238 Davie Street, Vancouver, or anywhere else in Canada, except in compliance with the Broadcasting Act.

2. VANCOUVER, British Columbia

Pursuant to Section 12 of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission calls the OWNERS, STRATA PLAN NO. LMS990 to a public hearing to be held in the City of Vancouver starting on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1995 at 9:00 A.M., to inquire into, hear and determine whether a mandatory order should be issued requiring the Owners, Strata Plan No. LMS990 to cease and desist operating a broadcasting under- taking, either alone or together with either or both BC TEL and Pacific Place Communications Limited, or others, at 289 Drake Street, Vancouver, or anywhere else in Canada, except in compliance with the Broadcasting Act.

3. VANCOUVER, British Columbia

Pursuant to Section 12 of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission calls PACIFIC PLACE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED to a public hearing to be held in the City of Vancouver starting on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1995 at 9:00 A.M., to inquire into, hear and determine whether a mandatory order should be issued requiring Pacific Place Communications Limited:

(a) to cease and desist operating a broadcasting undertaking, either alone or together with either or both BC TEL and the British Columbia Housing Foundation, or others, at 238 Davie Street, Vancouver; and
|
(b) to cease and desist operating a broadcasting undertaking, either alone or together with either or both BC TEL and the Owners, Strata Plan No. LMS990, or others, at 289 Drake Street, Vancouver, or anywhere else in Canada, except in compliance with the Broadcasting Act.

Pursuant to Section 12 of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission calls BC TEL to a public hearing to be held in the City of Vancouver starting on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1995 at 9:00 A.M., to inquire into, hear and determine whether a mandatory order should be issued requiring BC TEL:

(a) to cease and desist operating a broadcasting undertaking, either alone or together with either or both Pacific Place Communica- tions Limited and the British Columbia Housing Foundation, or others, at 238 Davie Street, Vancouver; and
|
(b) to cease and desist operating a broadcasting undertaking, either alone or together with either or both Pacific Place Communica- tions Limited and the Owners, Strata Plan No. LMS990, or others, at 289 Drake Street, Vancouver, or anywhere else in Canada, except in compliance with the Broadcasting Act.

- submit your original written submission to the Secretary General of the Commission (CRTC, Ottawa, K1A 0N2);

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,

- your submission must clearly indicate your position, bear your (legible) signature and indicate if you wish to appear at the public hearing; it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
|
- the Commission reserves the right to accept, reject and/or group any request it receives for an oral presentation;
|
- all submissions must be received by the CRTC ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
