The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 10 February 1995, at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec, to consider the following:

PROPOSED FEE
The applicant proposes to charge a basic monthly fee of $24.00 for the distribution of these services and an additional $3.95 for the unscrambled discretionary tier services. For Part III licensees, the basic monthly fee is not regulated pursuant to the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
The Commission will only proceed with this application at the public hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, Science and Technology, at least ten days prior to the hearing, that acceptable technical documentation has been filed with the Department.

Application (941984700) by L'ASSOCIATION CANADIENNE-FRANÇAISE DE L'ONTARIO - CONSEIL RÉGIONAL DE NIPISSING, for a broadcasting licence to carry on a French-language, Type A, (FM community radio) programming at North Bay, operating on a frequency of 93.5 MHz (channel 228B) with an effective radiated power of 30 watts, to broadcast programs during various winter carnival activities and to stimulate interest in the establishment of a community radio station in the District of Nipissing.
The application is for a broadcasting licence for 11 and 12 February 1995.
The Commission will only proceed with this application at the public hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, Science and Technology, at least ten days prior to the hearing, that it is technically acceptable.
