Decision CRTC 94-799 | |
Regional Cable TV (Central) Inc. (formerly Câble Télé Plus Québec 1 Inc.)
Otter Lake and Lesley, Quebec - 941017600
Licence amendment |
|
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1994-93 dated 9 August 1994, the Commission approves, by condition of licence, the licensee's application to be relieved from the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986, to distribute the regional signal of CIVO-TV (SRTQ) Hull on the basic service of the cable distribution undertaking serving Otter Lake and Lesley. The licensee will distribute instead the signal of CIVM-TV (SRTQ) Montréal, received via satellite.
The Commission, in arriving at its decision, has taken into account the licensee's statement that the CIVO-TV signal is of poor quality.
