| Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1994-74 dated 28 June 1994, the Commission approves, by condition of licence, the application by Classic Communications Ltd. to be relieved from the requirement of subsection 16(2) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 that it distribute the local service of CFYZ, Lester B. Pearson International Airport. | |
