Ottawa, 29 June 1994
Decision CRTC 94-278-1
Allarcom Pay Television Limited
Western CanadaEastern Canada
In Decision CRTC 94-278 dated 6 June 1994, which approved applications by the above-named parties for broadcasting licences to carry on new English-language (Pay Television) programming undertakings, the Commission stated incorrectly that the applicants' business plans had projected a per-subscriber wholesale rate for the services in the range of $2.00 to $2.50, when distributed as part of a larger discretionary package. In fact, the range should have been described as $2.00 to $2.75.
