PROPOSED FEE
The applicant proposes to charge a monthly subscription fee of $15.00 for the basic service and an installation fee of $200.00.
This application had been scheduled at the 17 February 1993 Public Hearing in Moncton, New Brunswick. Subsequently, having taken note of the arguments set forth in an intervention submitted by Mr. Stuart Craig of Craig Broadcast Systems Inc. the Commission withdrew the application and indicated that it would be rescheduled to a hearing following the release of the decision on the use of MDS technology. The policy was released in Public Notice 1993-76 entitled "Regulatory Policy for Multipoint Distribution Systems (MDS)" dated 3 June 1993. The applicant has now had the opportunity to review and update the application. The intervener is hereby afforded the same opportunity.
