The Commission has received the following applications:

Application (930250600) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking CBSI-FM-15 Harrington Harbour (a rebroadcasater of CBSI-FM Sept-Iles, Quebec), by decreasing the effective radiated power from 150 to 93 watts.
The applicant states that this reduction will not affect the area already served.

Box 4010, Hull, Quebec, J8Z 1W5, to amend the broadcasting licences of the (radio) programming undertakings at Joutel and Matagami, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertakings and substituting therefor:
 "It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertakings be completed and that they be in operation on or before 7 June 1994."
The Commission has already granted an extension of the time limit to implement the aforementioned authority from 7 June 1992 to 7 June 1993.
