The Commission has received the following application:
1. FORT ERIE, Ontario
Application (921792800) by CJRN 710 INC. to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the (radio) programming undertaking for CKEY-FM, by changing the program source from "...programs received from studios located at Fort Erie, Ontario..." to "...programs received from studios located at Niagara Falls, Ontario..."
In its application CJRN 710 Inc. has stated that "CKEY-FM will recognize the priority of Fort Erie and the Niagara South Community" in its programming. It also noted that the relocation of CKEY-FM's studios to the premises of CJRN Niagara Falls would result in a consolidation of operations and economic efficiencies which should benefit both stations.
