- by relocating the transmitter site on Okanagan Mountain approximately 3 kilometers to the south on Okanagan Mountain; and
- by decreasing the effective radiated power from 11,000 to 10,300 watts.
The applicant has indicated the aforementioned changes will improveservice to the Central Okanagan area.

 "in those periods of cate- gory 2 music consisting of 90% or more, but not exclusively, of music composed before 1956, the Canadian content level is not less than 10% on a weekly basis."
