The Commission has received the following applications:

1. DIXVILLE, Quebec
Application (931292700) by CÂBLE-AXION DIGITEL INC., 2980 Miletta Road, R.R. 4, Magog, Quebec, J1X 5R9, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking to serve Dixville, by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:
 "It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 18 December 1993."
The applicant has advised that it must delay putting this service in operation because it must finish the work being done for the extensions of its Compton undertaking before being able to serve Dixville, since these undertakings will be linked by optical fibre.
