RADIO LICENCE AMENDMENTS
The Commission has received the following applications:
ONTARIO REGION / RÉGION DE L'ONTARIO
1. HUNTSVILLE, Ontario
Applications (930281100, 930722400) by MUSKOKA-PARRY SOUND BROADCASTING LIMITED to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFBK-FM Huntsville:
a) by deleting the condition of licence which requires CFBK-FM to operate as an affiliate of the English-language AM radio network operated by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
 The CBC's English-language AM programming will be provided by a new rebroadcasting transmitter at Huntsville, approved in Decision CRTC 92-783. The programming will originate from CBL Toronto, Ontario; and
b) by amending its Promise of Performance by deleting its condition of licence to broadcast a weekly hits level of less than 50%. This amendment would require an exemption to the Commission's FM policy.

- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
