Telecom Order CRTC 93-1158
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Manitoba Telephone System (MTS) dated 14 December 1993, for approval of its floor pricing methodology for New Terminal Equipment and for relief from the requirement to file floor prices for the outright sale of such equipment.
UPON reading the submissions filed -
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The floor pricing methodology for New Terminal Equipment filed by MTS is approved effective 31 December 1993.
2. MTS is not required to file floor prices for New Terminal Equipment.
