Licence renewal
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1993-57 dated 4 May 1993, the Commission renews the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Lytton, from 1 September 1993 to 31 August 2000, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in the licence to be issued. This undertaking consists of three television transmitters and one radio transmitter including CHWS-TV-2, CILY-TV-2 and CIAK-FM.
The licensee is authorized to continue to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the programs of CFJC-TV, CHKM-TV and CIFM-FM Kamloops, and the Knowledge Network.
The Commission notes the intervention in support of this application, submitted by the Open Learning Agency.
