Decision CRTC 93-101
CTV Television Network Ltd.
For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the television network licence issued to CTV Television Network Ltd. (CTV), from 1 June 1993 to 31 August 1994, subject to the same terms and conditions in effect during the year ending 31 August 1992.
At the time of CTV's next licence renewal, in assessing the licensee's compliance with its conditions of licence, the Commission will take into account CTV's performance over the broadcast year ending 31 August 1993 and its plans for the broadcast year ending 31 August 1994.
