Applications (920553500, 920552700, 920558400, 920557600, 920555000, 920554300, 920556800) by SHAW CABLESYSTEMS LTD., #480 - 171 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, British Columbia, V7M 3J9, on behalf of Shaw Cablesystems (Alberta) Ltd., Vidéotron Communications Ltd., Bowen Island Cable T.V. Ltd., West Coast Cablevision Ltd., Rogers Cable T.V. Limited and Shaw Cablesystems (B.C.) Ltd., to amend the broadcasting licences to carry on the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-mentioned localities, by adding the following condition of licence:

"The licensee is authorized, for the period 1 September 1992 to 1 March 1993, to substitute the programs of local or regional stations, whose signals are required to be distributed on a priority basis on a cable system, for identical programs on stations having a lower carriage priority, that are not broadcast simultaneously but are distributed no more than six days prior or six days following the transmission of the priority signals."

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,

- your intervention should clearly indicate whether you support or oppose the application or if you propose changes to it, with facts and grounds therefor and if you wish to appear at the public hearing, if there is one;
|
|
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of suchsending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;

- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
