Telecom Public Notice CRTC 92-31
BELL CANADA - COSTING OF INTER-OFFICE FIBRE CABLE
The Commission has received a proposal from Bell Canada (Bell), dated 12 March 1992, for the introduction of a new method for determining the causal costs of inter-office fibre optic cable. Specifically, Bell proposes to replace capacity costing with a cost factor method. The Commission invites comments on Bell's proposal.
Procedure
1. Bell's application may be examined at any of its business offices or at the offices of the CRTC in the following locations:

3. Persons wishing to participate in this proceeding (interveners) must notify the Commission at the address noted in paragraph 2 by 22 June 1992. A copy of that notice is to be served on Bell by the same date.
4. Interveners may address interrogatories to Bell. Any such interrogatories must be filed with the Commission and served on the company by 22 June 1992.
5. The company is to file responses to interrogatories, serving copies on interveners, by 13 July 1992.
6. Interveners may file comments with the Commission, serving copies on the company, by 4 August 1992.
7. The company may file a reply, serving copies on interveners, by 17 August 1992.
8. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely mailed, by that date.
