The Commission has received the following applications:
1. MANIWAKI, Quebec
Application (920604600) by RADIO COMMUNAUTAIRE DE LA HAUTE GATINEAU to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the community radio programming undertaking (type B) for CHGA-FM Maniwaki, by amending the present condition of licence with respect to advertising which reads as follows:
"...the licensee not broadcast more than 4 minutes of advertising per hour per day on average, with a maximum of 6 minutes in any single hour"; to
"the licensee broadcast weekly no more than 6 minutes of advertising for every hour of broadcast, and that it broadcast an average of 4 minutes of advertising per hour of broadcast up to a total of 504 minutes of advertising per week, in accordance with the community radio policy for type B stations".

Box 582, 658 Talbot Street, St. Thomas, Ontario, N5P 4B1, licensee of the broadcasting licence to carry on the cable distribution undertaking serving Tillsonburg, for authority to distribute, at its option, as part of the basic service, the programming service of WETG (FOX) Erie, Pennsylvania and to delete WUAB (IND) Cleveland, Ohio.
