The Commission has received the following applications:
1. TRACADIE, Nova Scotia
Application (912921400) by RURAL STV 1 LIMITED, P.O. Box 1544, Antigonish, Nova Scotia, B2G 2L8, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Tracadie, by changing the authorized distribution.
It is proposed:
a) to delete the distribution of the programming service of MuchMusic; and
b) to change the channels for the distribution of Country Music Television from 56 to 32; WGN-TV Chicago, Illinois from 18 to 52; and WPIX-TV New York, New York from 52 to 56.

2. MONTRÉAL, Quebec
Application (912834900) by CFCF INC. to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the television programming undertaking for CFCF-TV Montréal, by changing the conditionof licence regarding expenditures on Canadian programming so as to reduce the amount required to be expended in the year ending 31 August 1991 from $18,445,554 to $17,880,000 and for the year ending 31 August 1992 from $17,997,037 to $14,067,000.
The applicant further requests that the $14,067,000 amount would constitute a revised "base figure" from which annual expenditure requirements in years subsequent to the 1991/92 year, and remaining in the current licence term expiring 31 August 1994, would be determined in accordance with the formula as originally outlined in Decision CRTC 89-143.
The licensee does not propose to reduce its current level of local production at this time.
