(50%), a company controlled by Guy Laflamme to 2787580 Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Regional Cablesystems Inc.
As a result of this transaction, Câble Télé-Plus Québec 1 Inc. and its subsidiaries will be indirectly controlled by Regional Cablesystems Inc., a publicly traded company.
The ownership of Câble Télé-Plus Québec 1 Inc. will therefore be changed as follows:

Application (912930500) by LE RÉSEAU DES SPORTS (RDS) to amend thecondition of licence requiring the licensee to charge the following wholesale rate per subscriber per month to each cable operator wishing to provide Le Réseau des Sports (RDS) on the basic service:
$1.15 from 01/09/91 to 31/08/92; and
$1.21 from 01/09/92 to 31/08/93.
Further to agreements between the applicant (Le Réseau des Sports (RDS)), The Sports Network (TSN) and Télécâble Lyster Inc., it is proposed to eliminate the wholesale rate normally charged to Télécâble Lyster Inc. for the Lyster and Sainte-Anastasie system and to replace it with a combined wholesale rate for RDS and TSN per subscriber per month as follows:
$1.40 from 01/09/91 to 31/12/91; and
$1.55 from 01/01/92 to 31/12/92.
