The Commission has received the following applications:

Application (920251600) by DARTMOUTH CABLE TV LIMITED, P.O. Box 1011, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, B2Y 4A4, to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the requirement to not alter or curtail Environment Canada's Atmospheric Environment Service pursuant to Section 19 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The licensee carries Environment Canada's Atmospheric Environment Service as background audio on the Broadcast News channel and proposes to interrupt its service to distribute the radio broadcasts of the Toronto Blue Jays games for the 1992 season originating from the Telemedia Communications Ontario Inc. network.

Application (912924800) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the television programming undertaking for CBUT Vancouver, British Columbia, by decreasing the effective radiated power for its rebroadcaster CBUBT-10 Sparwood from 103 to 99.4 watts and by relocating the transmitter approximately 2 kilometres to the south from its present location.
The applicant has advised that the new antenna has been optimized to concentrate coverage to the residences at Sparwood, along Highway 43 and the town of Elkford.
