a) to transfer all of the issued shares of the licensee currently held by Gerald French (20%) to 934882 Ontario Inc., a company controlled by Robert Bowland, and to subsequently transfer these shares to Barry Loft;b) to transfer all of the issued shares of the licensee currently held by James Armstrong (30%) and A.J.
