The applicant proposes to charge a maximum monthly fee of $14.87 for the distribution of services and an installation fee of $25.00. A fee of $100.00 will be required to become a member of the Cooperation and this sum will be entirely refundable should the member indicate that he/she no longer wishes to subscribe to the service. The applicant requests to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the obligation of distributing a community channel, pursuant to Paragraph 9(1)(g) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.

The applicant also requests to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the requirement to distribute the signals of CKRS-TV (CBC) and CFRS-TV (TQS) Jonquière, CJPM-TV (TVA) and CIVV-TV (SRTQ) Chicoutimi, Quebec on unrestricted channels, as set out in Section 12 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
