Decision

Ottawa, 10 April 1992
Decision CRTC 92-225
Câble Télé Plus Québec 1 Inc.
Rivière-à-Pierre, Quebec - 912965100
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1992-17 dated 21 February 1992, the Commission approves, by condition of licence, the licensee's application to be relieved of the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute CFAP-TV Quebec City, a priority service. The licensee proposes to distribute instead CFJP-TV Montréal, received via satellite.
In approving this application, the Commission has taken into account a technical report from the Department of Communications, which confirmed that CFAP-TV's signal is neither receivable at the undertaking's head end, nor elsewhere in Rivière-à-Pierre.
Allan J. Darling
