Following a Public Hearing in the National Capital Region beginning on 2 December 1991, the Commission approves the application by Télémédia Communications Inc. for a French-language radio network licence for the purpose of broadcasting the football games of "La Machine de Montréal" for the 1992 season on several AM stations in Quebec.
The Commission will issue a network licence expiring at the end of the 1992 football season, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.
In line with Public Notice CRTC 1989-4 dated 10 January 1989, the network operator, Télémédia Communications Inc., is required, by condition of licence, to file a report with the Commission every three months listing the affiliates to the network.
