Decision

Ottawa, 28 February 1992
Decision CRTC 92-131
Radio Communautaire du Saguenay Inc.
Jonquière, Quebec
For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the licence for CHOC-FM Jonquière from 1 May 1992 to 31 July 1992, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the current licence.
This term will allow the Commission sufficient time to consider this station's licence renewal application.
The licensee is reminded that any failure to comply with the Radio Regulations, 1986, the Commission's FM and community radio policies or the licensee's own commitments, including any failure to furnish logger tapes and any submission of unintelligible logger tapes, could result in its licence not being renewed.
Allan J. Darling
Secretary General
