AGT LIMITED - RESTRUCTURING OF RATES FOR ENVOY 100 AND iNET 2000 - INTELLIGENT COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK SERVICES

The Commission has received an application from AGT Limited (AGT), dated 24 April 1991, for the approval of tariff revisions associated with Envoy 100 and iNet 2000 services. AGT proposes to restructure these services and incorporate them into a new general tariff item called Intelligent Communications Network (ICN) Services. The company also proposes to introduce Traderoute Service, an application of Envoy 100, within the new ICN Services tariff item.

In support of its application, AGT has filed information for which it has claimed confidentiality. It has also provided an abridged version of this information for the public record. AGT also states that it adopts the Telecom Canada economic evaluation study submitted by Bell Canada in the proceeding initiated by Restructuring of Rates for Envoy 100 and iNet 2000 - Intelligent Communications Network Services, CRTC Telecom Public Notice 1990-96, 25 October 1990.
