Application (910959600) by FUNDY II LTD., 199 Chesley Drive, Saint John, New Brunswick, E2K 4S9, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the cable distribution undertaking serving St. Stephen as follows:
- by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute, at its option, the programming service of WXYZ-TV (ABC) Detroit, Michigan, as part of the basic service, instead of WVII-TV (ABC) Bangor, Maine.

2. SAINT-JOVITE/MONT-TREMBLANT, Quebec
Application (911590800) by FILION CABLE-VISION INC., P.O. Box 270, Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, M0T 1Z0, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the cable distribution undertaking serving Saint-Jovite/Mont-Tremblant, to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the requirement to distribute the programming of CITV Edmonton, Alberta received via satellite from the Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (CANCOM) network as a discretionary service pursuant to Subsection 10(2) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The licensee proposes to distribute CITV on the basic service.
