The Commission has received the following applications:
Public Notice CRTC 1991-93 Order CRTC 91-1
In this public notice, the Commission, pursuant to Section 9 of the Broadcasting Act, establishes a class of licence to be known as CBC Radio Licences, which includes all A.M. and F.M. stations licensed to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Pursuant to subsection 9(4) and effective 1 September 1991, the Commission exempts the Corporation from the application of subsection 14(1) of the Radio Regulations, 1986, as amended, with respect to its broadcasting undertakings that fall into the class referred to in the above paragraph.
