Applications (903011500, 903012300) by DISH COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, P.O. Box 121, Milltown, Newfoundland, A0H 1W0, licensee of the broadcasting receiving undertakings serving Milltown and St. Alban's, for approval to transfer all of the issued and outstanding shares of the licensee currently held by Lloyd Diamond (50%) and Ronald Bartlett (50%) to N1 Cable TV Ltd.
As a result of this transaction N1 Cable TV Ltd. would acquire the effective control of Dish Communications Limited.
The ownership of Dish Communications Limited would therefore be changed as follows:
