It is proposed:

a) to delete the distribution of WTVS (PBS), Detroit, Michigan received via satellite from the Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (CANCOM) network;
|
|
b) to change the channels for the distribution of The Sports Network (TSN) from 4 to 2; and for CITV (IND) Edmonton, Alberta from 7 to 4: and
|
|
c) to add the distribution of the following signal received via satellite, using a low power television transmitter:
