a) by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute at its option, as part of the basic service, the programming services of WTVS-TV (PBS), WDIV-TV (NBC) and WJBK-TV (CBS) Detroit, Michigan, received via satellite from the Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (CANCOM) network; and
b) by deleting the distribution of the programming services of WHEC-TV (CBS), WROC-TV (NBC) and WXXI-TV (PBS) Rochester, New York on the basic service, as presently authorized.

Application (911851400) by REDMOND BROADCASTING INC., to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the radio programming undertaking for CJEZ-FM Toronto as follows:
a) by reducing the level of instrumental musical selections from at least 50% of all musical selections played each week to at least 35% of all musical selections played each week; and
b) by adopting the following conditions:
- that the licensee, during each broadcast week where the number of instrumental musical selections amounts to 50% or more of all musical selections, devote 15% or more of the musical selections from content category 2 to Canadian selections and schedule those selections in a reasonable manner throughout each broadcast day;
- that the licensee, during each broadcast week where the number of instrumental musical selections amounts to at least 35% but less than 50% of all musical selections, devote 20% or more of the musical selections from content category 2 to Canadian selections and schedule those selections in a reasonable manner throughout each broadcast day.

The Commission notes that the Department of Communications has advised that the change in frequency will not affect the service to Ile-à-la-Crosse and surrounding area.
