"The licensee shall, each broadcast week, devote 12% or more of its musical selections from content category 2 and 10% or more of its musical selections from content category 3 to Canadian selections and schedule those selections in a reasonable manner throughout each broadcast day".
|
This condition would permit an exemption to the requirement to broadcast at least 30% Canadian music that applies to most stations and would serve to maintain the station's current Promise of Performance commitment of 12% Canadian content relating to category 2 music until the expiration of its licence on August 31, 1992.
