Application (903033900) by TÉLÉSAG INC., to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving the above-mentioned localities by deleting the actual condition of licence relating to the construction and implementation of the extension for an area West on Highway 170 and by substituting therefor:
"It is a condition of licence that construction for the area West on Highway 170 be completed and that the undertaking be in operation on or before 30 November 1992".

a) for approval to transfer 36,000 common voting shares (80%), from Messrs. George Sanderson (20%), Ian A. Mackenzie (20%), Miles Phillips (20%) and Ed Connery (20%), to Halcorp Limited (Halcorp), which is ultimately owned and controlled by John L. Bragg of Nova Scotia; and
b) to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving MacGregor, by deleting the condition of licence relieving the licensee from the requirement to distribute community programming on the community channel, as set out in Paragraph 9 (1)(g) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
As a result of the above transaction, Halcorp would acquire effective control of Portage and the ownership would therefore be changed as follows:
