Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1991-54 dated 16 May 1991, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Rockwood, by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement of section 9 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute the French-language educational television programming service operated by TVOntario ("La Chaîne française") on the basic band (channels 2 to 13), so long as it is distributed as part of the basic service.
