a fibre optic system for the distribution of U.S. television signals (WMED-TV {PBS} Calais, WLBZ-TV {NBC} Bangor and its rebroad-casting station W57AQ Calais, Maine) to be delivered by the applicant;

b) to change the network service by deleting the reception and distribution of WVII-TV (ABC) and WABI-TV (CBS) Bangor, Maine;
|
|
c) on behalf of Fundy Cable Ltd./ Ltée, to change the authorized distribution of the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Fredericton, New Brunswick, by deleting the programming service of WVII-TV (ABC) Bangor and WAGM-TV (CBS/NBC/ABC) Presque Isle, Maine and to amend the broadcasting licence by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute, at its option, the programming service of WXYZ-TV (ABC) and WJBK-TV (CBS) Detroit, Michigan received via satellite from the Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (CANCOM) network, as part of the basic service; and

d) on behalf of the licensees shown in the annex, to change the authorized distribution of the broadcasting receiving undertakings listed below, by adding and/or deleting the programming service of U.S. television signals received via microwave as part of the basic service; to delete from the basic service the distribution of WTVS (PBS) Detroit, Michigan received via CANCOM; and to amend the licences by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensees to distribute, at their option, the programming service of U.S. television signals received via satellite from CANCOM, as part of the basic service.

- your intervention must clearly indicate if you support or if you oppose the application with facts and grounds therefor and if you wish to appear at the public hearing, if such is the case;

- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
