Decision

Ottawa, 27 July 1990
Decision CRTC 90-685
Okanagan Radio Limited
Penticton, British Columbia - 894725100
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1990-59 dated 6 June 1990, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CKOK Penticton by decreasing the night-time power from 10,000 watts to 2,800 watts and by relocating the transmitter approximately 3.8 kilometers south of the current location.
The licensee has indicated that the 2,800 watts night-time power will provide sufficient signal strength to cover Penticton.
