Application (890729700) by TELECABLE DONNACONA INC., 365 St-Désiré Street, P.O. Box 38, Black Lake, Quebec, G0N 1A0, licensee of the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving the abovementioned localities, for approval to transfer 100% of the outstanding voting shares held by the St-Laurent family to Le Groupe Vidéotron Ltée.

Subsequently, Le Groupe Vidéotron Ltée will transfer the licensee's shares to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vidéotron Ltée.
|
|
As a result of these transactions, the effective control of the licensee would be held directly by Vidéotron Ltée.
|
|
The ownership of Télécâble Donnacona Inc. would therefore be changed as follows:

Finally, and subject to approval of the proposed transfer, Vidéotron foresees amalgamating the two (2) licensed operations and consolidating the territories presently authorized for the Donnacona region into the Vidéotron Ltée licence for the Québec region.

Box 400 Bellevue, Alberta, T0K 0C0, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Pincher Creek, by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee form the requirement to distribute the programming services of ACCESS Alberta on an unrestricted channel, as set out in section 12 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
