PRAIRIE REGION
The Commission has received the following applications:
ONTARIO REGION
1. BELLE VALLEE, CHARLTON, COBALT, ELK LAKE, LATCHFORD, NEW LISKEARD, TEMAGAMI NORTH, TEMAGAMI SOUTH AND ENGLEHART, Ontario
 Applications (883589400, 883590200, 883591000, 883592800, 883593600, 883594400, 883595100, 883596900, 890915200) by NORTHERN CABLE SERVICES LIMITED (NORTHERN), P.O. Box 4500, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 5W1, for approval to acquire effective control of Clear Crest Cable TV Limited (Clear Crest) as well as its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nor Co-Ax Ltd. through the transfer of all voting shares of Clear Crest (100%) currently held as follows: W.L. Brown, 577 common voting shares (47.5%), E.J. Brown, 29 common voting shares (2.4%), J.H. Brown, 1 common voting share (0.1%) and E.C. Campsall, 607 common voting shares (50%). Northern is effectively controlled by its Board of Directors proportionately represented by CUC Broadcasting Limited (48.17%), by Sudbury Broadcasting Company Limited (20.07%), by Radio & TV Distribution Ltd. (17.44%), and by various minority shareholders voting the remaining 14.32%.

Intervention
- submit your original written intervention to the Secretary General of the Commission (CRTC, Ottawa, K1A 0N2);
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,
- your intervention must clearly indicate if you support or if you oppose the application and if you wish to appear at the public hearing, if such is the case;
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot take into consideration, nor can it be held responsible for postal delays;
