The Commission has received the following applications:
ATLANTIC REGION
1. CARAQUET/BATHURST, New Brunswick
 Application (890714900) by RADIO DE LA BAIE LTÉE, P.0. Box 970, Caraquet, New Brunswick, E0B 1K0, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting transmitting undertaking for CKLE-FM Caraquet/Bathurst, by changing the frequency from 104.9 MHz (Channel 285 C1) to 92.9 MHz (Channel 225 B) and by decreasing the effective radiated power from 100,000 to 50,000 watts.
The applicant also intends to relocate the transmitter site to a location adjacent to the CN/CP site. The applicant indicates that these changes will slightly reduce the service area but that the quality of service will be adequate.

ONTARIO REGION
2. MISSISSAUGA, Ontario
 Application (891141400) by CJMR 1190 RADIO LTD., P.0.Box 1190, Port Credit Postal Station, Mississauga, Ontario, L5G 4M3, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting transmitting undertaking for CJMR Mississauga, by changing the frequency from 1190 kHz to 1320 kHz and by increasing the transmitter power from 10,000 watts daytime only, to 20,000 watts day and night.
The applicant indicates that these technical changes would result in an increase in the overall population coverage of CJMR and allow the station to expand its hours of broadcasting.
