- by authorising the licensee to delete the signals of KHQ-TV (NBC), KSPS-TV (ABC) and KREM-TV (CBS) Spokane, Washington, received via microwave; and

- by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute, at its option, as part of the basic service, and the programming services of WDIV (NBC) and WTVS (PBS) Detroit, Michigan, received via satellite from the Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (CANCOM) network.

|
The licensee also proposes to substitute, on the basic service, the over-the-air signals of K45AM and K48AI East Butte, Montana, translators of KFBB-TV (ABC) and KRTV (CBS) Great Falls, Montana respectively, for the ABC and CBS Spokane signals received via microwave.
