The Commission has received the following application:
1. MONTRÉAL AND LAVAL (PARTS OF) Quebec
Application (894193200) by CFCF INC., doing business under the name of CF CABLE TV, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving parts of Montréal and Laval as follows:
a) by deleting the distribution of the programming service of WMTW-TV (ABC) Poland Spring, Maine, presently authorized by condition of licence; and
b) by continuing to be relieved by condition of licence, from the requirement of sub-paragraph 10(1) (g) (i) of the Cable Television Regulation, 1986, and by adding the distribution, at its option, of the programming service of WCFE-TV (PBS) Plattsburgh, New York.
