 Application (891233900) by TANCOOK ISLAND TELEVISION SYSTEM LIMITED, P.O. Box 500, Chester, Nova Scotia, B0J 1J0 licensee of the broadcasting receiving undertaking (subscription television) serving Blandford, Blue Rocks and surrounding areas, for approval to transfer all the issued voting shares of the licensee, currently held by Wilfred P. Moore to Donald P. Keddy.
As a result of this transaction, Tancook Island Television System Limited will be effectively controlled by Donald P. Keddy. The ownership of the licensee will therefore be changed as follows:
