 Application (891053100) by K-RIGHT COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, West Hants Industrial Park, P.O. Box 640, Windsor, Nova Scotia, B0N 2T0, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving the above-noted localities by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute, at its option, the programming service of TCTV Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite from the Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (CANCOM) network, as part of its basic service.

 Applications by RADIO ATLANTIC (CFNB) LTD., licensee of CFNB Fredericton, New Brunswick (883430100), by RADIO ATLANTIC (CKBC) LTD., licensee of CKBC Bathurst, New Brunswick (883432700) and by RADIO ATLANTIC (CKCL) LTD., licensee of CKCL and CKTO-FM Truro, Nova Scotia (883429300, 8834319000), for approval to transfer 40% of the issued shares of the parent company, namely Radio Atlantic Holdings Ltd., from Win Trust Limited to Force Holdings Limited
Force Holdings Limited presently holds 46.7% ownership of the parent company of the licensee.
As a result of this transaction, Radio Atlantic Holdings Ltd. will be directly controlled by Force Holdings Limited, which is controlled by the Eddy Family. The ownership will be changed as follows:

5. REGINA, Saskatchewan
 Application (892964800) by CKO RADIO PARTNERSHIP, 30 Carlton Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5B 2E9 to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting transmitting undertaking for CKO-FM-8 Regina, by changing the transmitter site to a location approximately 45 kilometres north-west of the currently authorized site and by changing the frequency from 94.5 MHz (channel 233) to 100.7 MHz (channel 264).
The applicant stats that these changes will result in an increase in the population served.

6. VANCOUVER, British Columbia
 Application (893029900) by MONARCH BROADCASTING LTD. to amend a condition of licence for CKXY Vancouver that requires the station to broadcast each week, as a minimum, the levels of news, surveillance, and enrichment programming specified in its Promise of Performance, currently based on the period between 6 a.m. and midnight. The licensee proposes to base these levels on the period between 5:53 a.m. and midnight.
