Following a Public Hearing in Vancouver on 20 February 1989, the Commission approves the application for a licence for an English- language FM radio broadcasting transmitting undertaking at Abbotsford, on the 95.3 MHz frequency, channel 237, with an effective radiated power of 1 watt, for the purpose of broadcasting from the annual Abbotsford International Airshow between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from Thursday through Sunday during the second weekend in August.
The Commission will issue a licence expiring 31 August 1993, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
