The Commission will issue a licence expiring 31 August 1990, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued. This term will enable the Commission to consider the renewal of this licence at the same time as that of other radio undertakings in the area.
The Commission has taken into consideration the intervention received from Humber Valley Broadcasting Company Limited, licensee of CFLW Wabush which rebroadcasts the programming of CFCB Corner Brook, Newfoundland, and the licensee's reply thereto.
The Commission notes that interventions in support of this application were received from the Town of Wabush, the Labrador City Recreation Commission and representatives of two local unions.
